(in comparison to megumi, shin's so small. once he wraps his arms around him, he can practically be engulfed by the other. it's nice. he feels safe.

unfortunately, with the guitar on his back, he can't be embraced back... which is fine. he'll let it die faster than he'd like, as to not kill megumi's cheeks with redness.)

[ Shin really is quite lithe. With how he was having trouble with some magpies, he doesn't know if the boy will fare very well in Hell at all, At least these few months have been calmer, unlike the way it was in June. Megumi stands there, allowing the hug in his awkward, stiff way. It does end quickly, which makes him wonder again if that's Shin being considerate for his own nerves. ]

[ The dogs do not quite expect to be hugged, sitting stiffly with an uncertain expression and staring at Megumi, before the white one starts to ease up and wag its tail. The black one stays cool and collected, but eases up eventually as well, recognising Shin as a friend from before. Megumi just gives this whole scene a resigned look. ]
